Weight Loss Plans

Weight loss plans are to be used as a "road map" to get you from where you are now - dissatisfied and struggling - to where you want to be - thin, fit, and trim.

They may include several facets:
• time duration
• specific actions you will take - eg. exercise
• personal changes
• food intake choices

• stay to the things that actually work - don't over-think it - DO, let it be only the thoughts, actions, and behaviors of successful people
